Charles Cuninghame is not your typical copywriter and consultant.

He started his professional writing career in 1993 as a journalist, and later managing editor, at information publisher HWW.
As well as honing his writing chops, Charles' first and only salaried position gave him a valuable apprenticeship in marketing a medium-sized business.
Back in 1995, while at HWW, Charles also made his first foray into writing for the web. Deciding to go freelance and specialise in online copywriting in 1997 makes him one of Australia's most experienced online copywriters.
Charles has a marketing degree from the University of NSW, which means he applies strategic marketing principles to every website project he works on.
And being an enthusiastic life-long learner, he keeps up to date with the latest tactics in online marketing. His clients don't have to read every book, email newsletter and blog post, because Charles does and knows what's working.
He has written content for 60+ premium business websites, including many large corporate sites such as Adobe, American Express, eBay, Hutchison 3G, Philips, Telstra, Toyota and Vodafone.
However, Charles found greater fulfilment, enjoyment and success working with firms that sold professional services. As an independent professional himself, Charles understood the challenges of attracting a steady stream of high-quality clients and avoiding the feast or famine scenario.
So he founded Lotus Bud Marketing with his friend and colleague Richard Sandilands. Their simple goal is to create client-attracting websites.
